Buy a Sony Vaio UX. Its smaller than a PSP, and its a FULLY functioning laptop. Yes ,it has FULL windows VISTA BUSINESS. You can do ANYTHING what a typical laptop can do. Laptops > PDAs. but this thing is SMALLER than laptop
specs: 48GB SSD, Intel Core 2 Solo, 1GB RAM, 4.5inch touch screen, built in tiny keyboard, built in dual camera, much more
It has a SIM card slot and i believe you can use it as a phone too.
its really costly $2499 as I know of.
There isn’t any one thing that can beat them all individually….especially when it comes to the laptops and desktops….they’re just too powerful to match in an all in one.
you’re better off (price and performance) buying most of them separately. If you wan’t to carry less gadgets in your pocket then a PDA Phone is probably your best bet.
There are Ultra Mobile PC’s but they’re not very usable (the keyboards, if any, are too small to make it practical to type with, not very intuitive GUI, not a great deal of software support) so the price tag isn’t really worth it and just like everything else…in 6-12 months they’ll be out of date too….if you’re interested in them then do research and read lots of reviews since there are mostly duds out there but I might have missed one.
I was interested in UMPC’s for media (videos, books, music) purposes and light browsing but I heard they aren’t nowhere near being perfected yet so I decided to give it a miss since laptops are much cheaper and then I heard about the EEE PC by Asus which has all that I want and more for a much cheaper price and it’s Linux based which is a bonus. Check the link below and it may fill in some of your needs as well.
