What kind of video files can be downloaded onto my pocket pc?

I have a pocket Pc my uncle gave but it doesn’t have an instruction book or anything. It can hold video files but I’m not sure what kind of files. Does anyone know what kind they hold? It is a Toshiba pocket pc e355. Thanks.

    Yeah, bet you can view mp4 format videos on it. try it and let me know how it goes.
